Secțiunea Mission & Vision construiește o conexiune emoțională cu utilizatorul prin comunicarea „de ce"-ului companiei — nu doar ce face, ci pentru ce există. Layout-ul pe două coloane plasează o imagine reprezentativă cu un badge flotant (ex. ani de activitate, certificare) în coloana stângă, iar în dreapta două blocuri distincte: Misiunea (ce urmărește compania pe termen scurt) și Viziunea (direcția pe termen lung).
